Ramone's Writing follows Ramone Jones, a writer from the capital and editor of The Pike Weekly. His notes lead from a draft dropped on a bone pile to a thank-you note in a small home, and finally to the hidden cellar of a friend's house. There he is found, and he joins the base as Ramone Jones.
Walkthrough
The quest step by step:
- Finish Vukah Rituals Uncovered.
- Read "What Do You Think of My Draft?" on the bone pile at the drop-off just east of the church.
- Read "A Small Thank You" in a small home nearby. It points to his hiding place.
- Search the house for the hidden cellar. The way down is behind a bookshelf.
- Read "It doesn't look good for me" in the basement and rescue Ramone's soul.

Prerequisites
This quest follows Vukah Rituals Uncovered, which Marianne Reed gives after Hannah Reed Needs Help. Marianne has heard that the Vukah push townsfolk off the cliffs near Fort Kelvin. She sends the player to investigate the sacrificial pit at the foot of the cliffs. There the player finds daggers and a newspaper clipping about the king's poor handling of the town's safety. That clipping, written by Ramone, leads on to the writer's hiding place in Pikemead's Reach.
