Spider Gland is a gland dripping with poison in Enshrouded, taken from poison-spitting spiders. Its main use is the Hemotoxin Antidote, which cures and blocks Hemotoxin. The Alchemist also needs it for the Antidote. It is looted from spiders, so every spider fight adds to the supply.

How to Get Spider Gland Guide

Spider Glands are looted from Spider enemies, the poison-spitting spiders of Embervale. Spiders poison their targets, and repeated poisoning can cause Hemotoxin. That makes the glands doubly useful, because they are the base of the Hemotoxin Antidote. The Alchemist also needs them for the Antidote. Every spider fight adds to the supply.
