Vukah Brawler Head is a drop from Vukah Brawlers, encountered starting in the Springlands.
Look for the boss Vukah Brawler around the big Vukah camps in open spaces. He's a massive creature and likes having lots of room to roam. You won't spot him in the smaller Vukah camps scattered across the map. Once defeated he will drop the Vukah Brawler Head.

The smartest way to beat a Vukah Brawler boss is to stay at a middle distance and attack when you see a chance. If you go too far, he'll jump at you, and if you get too close, you might get hit by his powerful moves. Whether you're using a sword or something else, stick to that middle distance, move around him in circles, and attack when it's safe. Also, shoot arrows or use spells from a distance to keep hurting him.
