Rescue
The Flame gives the quest once the Ancient Spires quest is done. The vault lies east of the Springlands Ancient Spire. Vukah beastmen guard the area around the vault. Lightning traps and wall switches fill the inside of the vault. A lava pit blocks the way to her pod; the Grappling Hook swings across it, and Double Jump helps.

Lore
Athalan is an experience hunter, tanner and weaver, found in the Ancient Vault - Hunter during the quest Hunter Becomes The Hunted. She also asks you to find the Farmer. She has a brother, Talion, and wrote urging him to desert his post, turn his back on the war and leave with her. In that letter she says their lord was being lied to and that Gormander's capital posed no threat. She is not from the region but knows its land well. She once fled through the Revelwood from soldiers and lost her Hand Spindle near Westcott. She is guarded and terse, and keeps her secrets to herself. She distrusts the Collector and watches them closely.
