The Jack of Hearts is a strip club in Vice City. It belongs to Boobie Ike, a local legend who turned his street years into a business empire. The club sits in that empire beside his real estate and his recording studio. Money from the club helps pay for his record label, Only Raw Records. Drug money quietly pays for the rest of his businesses.
The Jack of Hearts is a popular venue, busy with customers and dancers. Dancers perform on the poles of the main stage. Boobie likes to sit in the club with a stack of cash and dancers all around him. Boobie and his partner Dre'Quan Priest arrive at the club together by car.
The club is part of the nightlife of Vice City, the sun and fun capital of America. Vice City is known for its neon-soaked streets and busy nightclubs.
Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos can visit strip clubs together and shower the dancers with cash.

Boobie Ike owns the Jack of Hearts and is at home among its dancers. Dre'Quan Priest booked the acts that played at the club for Boobie. Dre'Quan can also be found at the club with a drink in his hand. Now that Dre'Quan has signed the rap duo Real Dimez, his booking days may be numbered. He and Boobie now pour their energy into Only Raw Records.
