Fins of Destiny is not for killing. It is a trinket crafted at the forge from Serpent Scale and Leviathan Chitin, and it turns a long swim across the Ocean into one that barely touches your stamina. It needs 10 Adrenaline to trigger.

• 5x Chitin: Mined from the abyssal barnacles on a Leviathan's back.
• 5x Serpent Scale: Dropped by Serpents in the Ocean.
• 1x Serpent Trophy: Dropped by the Serpent.
