The Grausten wall arch is an arched wall section from the Supports tab, cut from two blocks of Grausten and shallow enough to read as facing rather than structure. It gives a doorway or corridor mouth a proper curved head instead of a flat lintel, and a run of them turns a plain stone passage into an arcade.

How to Build It

All it takes is two blocks of Grausten and a Stonecutter in range. At less than half a unit deep it leans on whatever it is set against rather than carrying much itself. Place the wall or the pillars first and fit the arch into the opening afterwards. Keep the stonecutter on site, because mending a cracked arch needs it just as much as placing one did.
