Thatch Roof I-Corner 45° does the same job as its shallow cousin at the steeper pitch: it closes the inward valley where two 45° roof runs turn a corner. It is a Roofing piece made from two lengths of Wood. Without it, an L-shaped or T-shaped hall is left with an open seam in the one spot rain naturally runs towards.
How to Build It
It costs two wood, and as with every thatch piece you need a Workbench nearby before the Hammer will set it down. Match the angle: this corner is cut for 45° slopes and will not fit the shallow set, so mixing the two leaves gaps no amount of fiddling will patch. Keep it repaired along with the rest of the roof, since exposed thatch loses condition in bad weather and a valley is where the damage shows first.
