Most wooden halls are floored with this one piece, laid over and over until the room is closed. The Wood Floor 2x2 is the standard deck board of the Flooring tab: two Wood for a full two metre square that matches the width of a standard wall and keeps the whole building on one grid.
How to Build It
It costs two Wood with a Workbench nearby, which you will want again once the boards start to grey. Lay them across beams or straight onto the ground rather than hanging them out into space. A floor draws its strength from whatever it touches, and every tile further from a post or from the soil is weaker than the last. Rain is the other enemy, since uncovered planks rot over time, so roof what you walk on.
