This piece is for gaps. The Wood Wall 1x1 is the single-metre panel of the Walls tab, one Wood each, and it plugs the leftover squares a full-size wall cannot reach: under a window, beside a door frame, along the ragged top of a gable.
How to Build It
Each panel costs one Wood with a Workbench in range, and you need the same bench to repair it. Small walls are the cheapest way to close a draught, but each one is a separate piece hanging off whatever it touches. Tie them back to a post or a beam rather than stringing a line of them out into open air. Wood soaks up rain and weakens where it stands uncovered, so any outer wall is worth putting under an overhang.
