Blizzard is a potion that slows time for a short period whenever an enemy is slain. This base tier holds 2 charges per brew.

Each kill starts a new slowdown, so the more enemies a fight has, the more often it pays off.

Variants

Blizzard comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

Liberate an abandoned site in White Orchard or Velen, then buy the formula from the herbalist there.
Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Dwarven Spirit, 5 White Myrtle Petals and 1 Golem's Heart.
Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
