Superior Blizzard is the top tier of Blizzard. Whenever an enemy is slain, time slows for a short period, and with 3 Adrenaline Points stored, actions cost no Stamina while it lasts. One brew holds 4 charges.
Adrenaline Points build up with every blow landed and drop with every hit taken, so the bonus rewards fighting without getting hit. Signs cost Stamina, so with 3 points stored, Signs can be cast during each slowdown without draining the bar.
Variants
Blizzard comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

How to Get Superior Blizzard
- Get the formula from Gremist, by the pond north of Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 White Gull, 1 Enhanced Blizzard, 4 Celandine, 4 White Myrtle Petals, 1 Sewant Mushrooms, 1 Buckthorn and 1 Rebis.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
