Enhanced Blizzard is the second tier of Blizzard. Whenever an enemy is slain, time slows for a short period, and the slowdown lasts longer than the base tier's. One brew holds 3 charges.
Each kill starts a new slowdown, so the more enemies a fight has, the more often it pays off.
Variants
Blizzard comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

How to Get Enhanced Blizzard
- Get the formula from Otto Bamber at the Herbalist's Hut northeast of Oxenfurt, or from Gremist, by the pond north of Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Alcohest, 1 Blizzard, 1 Celandine, 5 White Myrtle Petals and 1 Golem's Heart.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
