The Border Post is a small fortified camp on an isle in the Pontar. The isle sits in the river's central current. That once made it an ideal place for bleaching cloth. During the war the border along the river is closed. Travelers who want to cross need a pass from the Redanian high command. A shady merchant nearby sells forged passes in the side quest Fake Papers.
