Grandmaster Legendary Ursine Silver Sword is the NG+ variant of the Grandmaster Ursine Silver Sword, witcher gear from Blood and Wine. It deals 481-587 damage at level 41, with +25% adrenaline gain and +100% crit damage. Its diagram is at Tufo Vineyard in Toussaint. It unlocks late, at level 40 plus the NG+ starting level.
It also gives +5% crit chance, a 14% chance to dismember and +20% bonus experience from monsters, with 3 rune slots. Its damage rises by 9-11 per level. Against the Grandmaster Ursine Silver Sword, it raises crit damage from 75% to 100% and adrenaline gain from 21% to 25%.

The Ursine set is heavy armor. It has five tiers: Basic at level 20, Enhanced at 25, Superior at 30, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. The pin marks the cavern under a collapsed house between Flovive and the Tufo Vineyard in Toussaint, the same cave as in Contract: The Tufo Monster. In New Game +, the Grandmaster Legendary Ursine Silver Sword diagram sits just inside to the right, with the armor and gauntlets diagrams. The cavern is the first stop of Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Ursine Gear, and a grandmaster blacksmith crafts the sword from the diagram.
- Speak to Lafargue, the grandmaster smith in Toussaint, and ask about the Ursine gear to start Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Ursine Gear.
- Travel to Flovive and head north toward the Tufo Vineyard.
- Find the partly collapsed house between the village and the vineyard.
- Go to the large hole behind the house and clear the rubble with Aard.
- Loot the chest in the small alcove just inside the cavern for the silver sword, armor and gauntlets diagrams.
