Legendary Feline Gauntlets are the NG+ variant of Feline Gauntlets. They are light witcher gauntlets from the base game. They give 41 armor and +11% attack power at level 18. Their diagram is on Mad Kiyan's body under Temple Isle in Novigrad. They call for level 17 on top of the NG+ starting level.
They give +11% attack power, +5% piercing, +5% slashing, +3% monster and +6% elemental resistance. The attack power fits a fast attacks sword build.
Set Bonus
The Feline set is light armor with 5 tiers. 3 pieces: a strong attack raises fast attack damage by 10% per set piece worn, for 5 seconds. 6 pieces: rear attacks deal 50% more damage and stun the target, at a cost of 1 adrenaline point.
How to Get Legendary Feline Gauntlets
- In NG+, play Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear in Novigrad.
- Search Mad Kiyan's body. The gauntlets diagram is there with the armor, boots and trousers diagrams.
- A journeyman armorer crafts the gauntlets.
Legendary Feline Gauntlets Map Location and Quest Guide
Mad Kiyan carries the Legendary Feline Gauntlets diagram in his laboratory under Temple Isle in Novigrad, behind a hidden cave entrance. The pin marks the laboratory, a stop of Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear. It is the New Game + counterpart of the Feline Gauntlets diagram and lies at the same spot.
- Start Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear by finding any of its diagrams or Julia Kenyon's Diary, or by buying one of Adalbert Kermith's maps. The first and second maps sell in Blackbough, the third in Crow's Perch and the fourth in Lindenvale.
- Go to the westernmost house on Temple Isle and drop down the rock ledge on its western side to a grassy path.
- Follow the path to its end and reveal the cave entrance with the Eye of Nehaleni.
- Kill the golem in the main chamber.
- Take the tunnel opposite the entrance to the room of statues. Pull the levers until every statue faces the center.
- Kill the three drowners in the pool that opens, then dive to the bottom for the Laboratory Key.
- Unlock the door in the main chamber and defeat Mad Kiyan. He fights with Signs such as Quen.
- Loot Kiyan's body for the Legendary Feline Gauntlets diagram. The other three armor diagrams of the set are on him too.
