Crow's Perch is a castle and village in Velen. It is the seat of Phillip Strenger, known as the Bloody Baron. He rules Velen from here as its self-proclaimed lord. The baron lives in the castle with his family and his men.

History

Crow's Perch once belonged to Vserad. When he heard that armies were coming, he panicked and fled to Fyke Isle. Phillip Strenger then moved into the castle with his family and followers.

In the main quest Bloody Baron, Geralt learns that Ciri stayed here with the baron. The baron will only share what he knows on one condition. Geralt must first find the baron's missing wife Anna and daughter Tamara. That search becomes the long main quest Family Matters. It leads across Velen and into Oxenfurt.

Uma, a strange cursed creature, lives at the castle as the jester of the baron's men. Geralt later takes Uma away in the main quest Ugly Baby. A horse race starts at Crow's Perch.
