- Common, Master and Magic: Loot it from human enemies around Novigrad or from random containers. One lies in a chest inside the White Orchard cemetery chapel. All blacksmiths in Velen, Novigrad, Oxenfurt and Skellige sell it, along with Anselm in Crow's Perch and the armorers in Hierarch Square and Oxenfurt.
