Choices
Philippa is long gone from her hideout. She has left behind a damaged crystal from her megascope, which can reveal what she has been doing. Radovid's men wait at the entrance and ask for the crystal. If Geralt hands it over, they deliver it to the king themselves. Geralt then reports with only his word, and Radovid sends him away unpaid.
Geralt can take the crystal to Triss or Yennefer instead. Her magic plays back Philippa's last talk with Margarita Laux-Antille. Radovid blinded Philippa, and she is trying to restore her sight. Both women plan to bring back the Lodge of Sorceresses. Geralt keeps this from Radovid and leaves the crystal with the sorceress.
If Geralt gives the crystal to Radovid, the king is disappointed not to get the sorceress herself. He still pays the promised reward.
