- Get the formula from the Merchant in the Perfumery in Beauclair, Toussaint.
- Brew an Enhanced Insectoid Oil first, since the recipe uses one.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Alchemy Paste, 1 Enhanced Insectoid Oil, 1 Endrega Heart, 1 Puffball, 1 Hornwort, 1 Bloodmoss and 1 Hydragenum.
