The crafted Relic variant gives 95 armor and +400 vitality at level 45. Its diagram is on Antoine Straggen's bed at Arthach Palace Ruins, found during Knight for Hire. They are a late-game find in Toussaint, with looted Master pairs at level 40 to 41.

The Relic variant adds +5% piercing, +4% bludgeoning, +5% slashing and +15% Poison resistance.

The Master variant starts at 83 armor at level 40, with +3% piercing and +3% slashing resistance. The Magic variant starts at 85 armor at level 41, with +4% piercing and slashing resistance plus 1 random Magic effect. Both gain 2 armor per level.

How to Get Toussaint Ducal Guard Captain's Gauntlets

Relic: loot Antoine Straggen's bed at Arthach Palace Ruins. The container looks like a book because it also holds Diagram: Toussaint Knight's Steel Sword and Antoine "Starling" Straggen's notes. An armorer crafts them.
Master: loot the chest inside the Pits of Brume during Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear, or the chest in the small dead end inside Chuchote Cave. Toussaint armorers sell them.
Magic: loot the chest near Antoine Straggen at Arthach Palace Ruins, or the chest inside the cave at Duchaton Crest. Toussaint armorers sell them.

Toussaint Ducal Guard Captain's Gauntlets Map Location

The Toussaint Ducal Guard Captain's Gauntlets diagram lies on Antoine Straggen's bed at the Arthach Palace Ruins, a hanse base he leads in Toussaint. The pin marks the hanse base. The same container holds the Toussaint Knight's Steel Sword diagram and Straggen's notes, so it looks like a book.

Notes

The Duchaton Crest chest only appears once the cave becomes a cellar, about 2 days after Vintner's Contract: Duchaton Crest.
In NG+ each variant's level rises by the NG+ starting level.
