The Hella EC-H i860 NCPD Enforcer is the armored police variant of the Archer Hella. The NCPD drives it on patrol across Night City. Archer took its cheap, common sedan and rebuilt it with a reinforced body and bulletproof, flame-resistant parts. The result looks like a family car but takes a crash far better. The Enforcer is an NCPD patrol car that V meets on the streets of Night City.

Performance

The Enforcer keeps the four seats of the Hella sedan. Its engine is far stronger than the one in the civilian Hella.

Lore

The basic Hella has many good points, but durability is not one of them. For that reason, the NCPD asked Archer for a tougher variant called the Enforcer. Archer swapped the cheap plastic composites and glass for flame-resistant, bulletproof materials. Hardened steel bars took the place of the flimsy bumpers.

The Database adds a dark joke about how some officers use the car. They buckle in and drive straight into a concrete wall. The car and the officers come out of it fine. The suspects in the back seat learn a hard lesson before they ever reach the station.
