Lauren Costigan
Type	Side Character

Lauren Costigan is the wife of Bradley Costigan, a prisoner who refused to kill an informant for the Tyger Claws. The Claws kidnapped Lauren to make him obey, and her husband hires V to bring her home.

Biography

---

The Claws held Lauren for weeks in the Monokatana Workshop. She refused food and had to be kept alive on a drip. Brad hired V through Wakako Okada to free her. After the rescue, Lauren is shaken by the ordeal, and V tells her to hide with someone she loves in case the Claws come looking. She leaves for her mother's house.

Wakako's brief starts with an old saying: old sins cast long shadows. Bradley Costigan has many. They put him in prison, and they brought trouble to his wife. Once he was behind bars, old acquaintances in the Tyger Claws came to him with a job, and Lauren paid for his refusal.
