Wakako Okada is the fixer of Westbrook. Anyone looking for well-paid gigs in that district goes to her pachinko parlour on Jig-Jig Street in Japantown. Rumours surround her past and her many husbands, all of them dead. She probably did not kill any of them, but they are gone and she is still going strong. Every serious player in Night City respects her.
Biography
Before the Parlour
Wakako was born in Japan and came to Night City to study medicine at the university, where she met her first husband. After a war between the corporations, she worked as a medtech for Kiroshi. She was close to her husband's childhood friend, Hayato Nakagawa, who rose high in the Tyger Claws. When a feud over his inheritance broke out, his enemies attacked his friends. Wakako survived the attack, but her husband did not.
The Fixer
Hayato became the leader of the Tyger Claws, and Wakako built her business close to the gang's biggest interests in Japantown. Meeting her is like stepping into a cage with a lioness: she is polite, but clearly already thinking of her next meal. Her gigs are carried out quickly and cleanly, and she takes that for granted.
V
In the main story Wakako sells V information. She also helps Takemura with details about the Arasaka parade. Her gigs send V across Westbrook, from Japantown to the luxury estates of North Oak and Charter Hill.

Personality
Wakako is sharp, proud and impossible to fool, and she bargains hard. She has little patience for mercs who waste her time, and she rewards those who deliver.
Relationships
The Tyger Claws work closely with her. Goro Takemura buys information from her. Her late husbands are the subject of endless rumours.
Jobs
Wakako's gigs cover Westbrook, from Tyger and Vulture and We Have Your Wife to A Shrine Defiled. Her side jobs are The Gig and Sinnerman. In the main story she gives information in The Rescue and Down on the Street. After all her gigs are done, she rewards V with Professional Widow.
