Blood in the Air is a reported crime in the eastern Badlands, by a wind turbine. The Wraiths had a back door into Militech's weather system, and used it to predict the sandstorms. When an update locked them out, a man called Harry Sullivan climbed the turbine to hack his way back in. Militech had other plans.
Story
Easy Math
The journal does the sum. This man wanted to climb the turbine to fix something. Militech did not want him to. One determined man plus one unhappy corp equals one dead man.
The Weather System
A shard records Harry with a Wraith called Jim Geronimo. Militech must have run some kind of update, and Jim has lost his access to their weather system. If he loses it, many other people lose theirs too. He needs it to predict the sandstorms, as they are Wraiths after all. Harry grabs his things and sets off. Jim warns him that Militech patrols may be close. He is to climb the turbine, hack what he must, and get out fast. Harry says he knows what to do. Jim's last messages ask if it worked, then call his name.
