Welcome to Night City is a reported crime in Rancho Coronado, Santo Domingo. A Wraith dealer set up shop on another gang's turf, selling through local kids. The gang checked him out, got the go ahead, and killed him. His stash is still waiting in a garage on Manzanita Street.
Story
A Deadly Misstep
The journal says the Wraith dealer picked the wrong market. He made a deadly mistake. But V can still get something out of it by checking his stash.
The Orders
A shard records the dealer's orders from a man called Jake. The stash is ready. All the dealer has to do is pick up the goods, give them to the kids, and collect the money from the kids. He must never deal himself or take any risks. The less he is seen and heard, the better. He must set up lookouts and choose which kids carry the goods and which take the cash. The stash will be topped up every Tuesday, in the garage on Manzanita Street.
Quick, Clean and Quiet
A second shard shows how it ended. Spike Goldblum confirms that the man is a Wraith, and that he has been dealing on their turf. The bosses have approved a hit. Spike orders it done quickly, cleanly and quietly.
