Style Over Substance guarantees critical hits with a thrown blade while V is moving. Crouch sprinting, sliding, dodging or dashing all qualify, and aiming a throwable weapon no longer slows V down. It sits at the top of the Cool tree and applies to throwable weapons alone. It is the finish to the knife branch.

Guaranteed critical hits take the randomness out of the branch's damage. Every throw made on the move is a critical, which means the stacking critical damage below it applies to all of them.

Removing the aiming penalty is what makes the condition easy to meet. Aiming a knife normally slows V to a walk, and with the penalty gone V can be moving, aiming and throwing at once.

It sits behind the Legend gate of the Cool tree, which takes nearly every point V has.

The build is the throwing build with nearly every point in Cool, carrying knives or axes and moving constantly.

Buy it as the Legend gate opens. Sleight Of Hand stacks the critical damage that this perk guarantees will apply, and Ninjutsu and Shinobi Sprint supply the crouched sprint that is the most useful of the qualifying moves, so the branch and the stealth branch meet here.
