Knightly Brigandine is a brigandine made of tempered steel in Dragon's Dogma 2. The Fighter Vocation can use it for good Defense and small resistances to Fire Damage, Ice Damage, Torched Debilitation, Frostbite Debilitation.

Armor comprising an abundance of tempered steel. Though its ornate design makes it appear ceremonial, this masterwork will not fail to stop a hungry blade.

How to get Knightly Brigandine and Map Location

Knightly Brigandine is sold for 75,000 G, and only once the game has been completed, in the Unmoored World or on New Game Plus.

Smithing Upgrade Guide

Every piece of armour can be enhanced three times at an armoury or smithy, each time for gold and the materials listed below, and a fourth time with Wyrmfire. Any armoury or smithy works on weapons and armour alike. Each smith works in one style, and you can mix styles from one level to the next.

Vermundian raises every attribute moderately. Armouries and smithies in Vermund offer it, such as Roderick's Smithy and Bjorn's Armory in Vernworth.
Elven raises Magick and Magick Defense greatly, Strength and Defense only a little. Grisha's Armory in Sacred Arbor offers it.
Battahli raises Strength and Defense greatly, Magick and Magick Defense only a little. Armouries in Battahl offer it, such as Awaran's Arms and Bodas's Armory in Bakbattahl.
Dwarven raises Knockdown Power and Knockdown Resistance. Sara at Brokkr's Smithy offers it after Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge, and Gautstafr after Put a Spring in Thy Step.
Wyrmfire halves the weight and gives a further boost once the first three enhancements are done. The Dragonforged at Bay Wayside Shrine takes payment in Wyrmslife Crystals instead of gold.

Taking Knightly Brigandine to level 3 costs 31,500 G in all, whichever style you choose. Battahli smithing gives it the most Defense at level 3 (282), while Dwarven gives the most Knockdown Resistance (233). Wyrmfire then costs 10 Wyrmslife Crystals.
