The Banished Knight Helm (Altered) is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Banished Knight Set. It is a mid-game find.
The Banished Knight Helm (Altered) is the scarfless helm of the Banished Knights, fierce warriors who lost their lands but kept their knighthood. Despite its name, it is a separate item that cannot be made by altering the scarf version, and enemies drop only the helm they wear. It remains a heavy head piece with the same high poise and solid physical defense, with slightly lower resistances. It suits heavy builds that want strong poise from the head slot early, since many Banished Knights wear it.
Stats
It brings 11 poise at a weight of 7.1.
Altering
Its unaltered form, Banished Knight Helm, weighs 7.5 instead of 7.1 and keeps the same 11 poise. Altering works at any Site of Grace.
