The Banished Knight Helm is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Banished Knight Set. It is a mid-game find in Caelid.
The Banished Knight Helm was worn by knights who, through misfortune or misdeed, were forced to abandon their homes, yet were still named knights for their prowess. This version carries a deep-red scarf, perhaps to block the stinging winds of the outskirts, and drops from the knights near the Cathedral of Dragon Communion and in Crumbling Farum Azula. It is a heavy head piece with high poise, strong physical defense and good robustness. It suits heavy builds and players who want the full scarf-wrapped knight look, since the scarfless helm is a separate item that cannot be altered into this one.
Stats
It carries 11 poise at 7.5 weight.
Altering
Its altered form, Banished Knight Helm (Altered), weighs 7.1 instead of 7.5 and keeps the same 11 poise. Altering works at any Site of Grace.
