Millicent's Prosthesis is a damage talisman in Elden Ring. It is one of the late rewards, found in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.

Millicent's Prosthesis is part of the golden prosthesis Millicent used, its hand locked into a fist that once raised a sword aloft, a relic of her transformation into a scarlet valkyrie. It raises Dexterity by 5 and boosts attack power by 4%, 6% and then 11% as successive hits land, with each tier dropping back if no attack connects for 1.5 seconds. Most physical attacks build the bonus, along with some spells such as Carian Slicer and Dragonmaw, while a few moves like Spinning Wheel do not count. It suits fast dexterity builds that keep chaining hits, though getting it means killing Millicent after she takes the Valkyrie's Prosthesis, which ends her questline.

How to Get Millicent's Prosthesis Guide

It drops from Millicent when she is killed after receiving the Valkyrie's Prosthesis, at the earliest at the Windmill Heights Site of Grace.

1. Help Millicent at the Church of the Plague with the repaired Unalloyed Gold Needle from Gowry.
2. Find her near the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace in the Altus Plateau.
3. Take the Valkyrie's Prosthesis from the chest guarded by a Cleanrot Knight in the Shaded Castle and give it to her.
4. Defeat the Godskin Apostle in Dominula, Windmill Village and rest at the Windmill Heights Site of Grace.
5. Kill Millicent there or at any later point, including by taking the red sign to challenge her in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.
6. Helping her against her sisters instead gives the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and removes this talisman.
