The Flame, Cleanse Me is a Fire Monk incantation in Elden Ring. It shows up mid-run, in Liurnia of the Lakes.
Flame, Cleanse Me is one of the incantations of the Fire Monks, kindling a fire within that burns away toxins and leaves subtle burns as a reminder that they must fear the flame. It cures poison and scarlet rot and clears their buildup at the cost of a little HP, and because that self-damage counts as fire, it also removes frostbite once it has been applied. It is considered vital in swamps full of poison and scarlet rot, such as the Lake of Rot, where other cures are limited or need a Site of Grace to refresh. Every starting class except the Prisoner can cast it early with the Two Fingers Heirloom. It suits any explorer heading into poison or rot-filled areas.
Effect
Burns away toxins to cure poison and scarlet rot and reduce their buildup, at a cost of 15 HP; it also clears an applied frostbite. Each cast costs 14 FP and 10 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
