The Church of Vows is an old church on a plateau on the eastern side of Liurnia of the Lakes. Miriel, Pastor of Vows, a great talking turtle, keeps watch over it. He shares the history of Liurnia and teaches sorceries and incantations. A Bell Bearing Hunter appears here at night.

Lore
Rennala of the Full Moon and the red-haired Radagon were married in this church. Their wedding joined the house of the Erdtree and the house of the Moon after their war. From the church, both the Erdtree of the capital and the Academy of Raya Lucaria can be seen. Some of Radagon's belongings were left here as part of his vow.
