The Glintstone Breath is a Dragon Communion incantation in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in Caelid.
Glintstone Breath is one of the incantations of Dragon Communion, and its description calls those extraordinary individuals who perpetuate the practice the dragon-hearted. It transforms the caster into a dragon that breathes a wide wave of blue magic flames after a long wind up, and holding the cast lets it breathe again while turning to sweep new directions. Its wide breath can ricochet off walls, and it can be used on horseback though not while jumping. It is the strongest of the basic dragon breaths, dealing slightly more than Dragonfire, while Smarag's Glintstone Breath deals more at a higher FP cost. The Dragon Communion Seal, the Rock Heart and the Roar Medallion boost it, and it suits Dragon Communion builds that want a breath dealing magic damage.
Effect
Transforms the caster into a dragon to breathe a wide wave of magic breath; charging extends the breath. Each cast costs 28 FP and 40 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
