Dragon Heart is a tool in Elden Ring. Players can grab it early, in Limgrave.
A Dragon Heart is the still-beating heart of a slain dragon. Hearts are offerings for Dragon Communion. Each heart is spent at a communion altar to learn a dragon incantation. Dragons and wyrms across the world drop them.
Use
Hearts are traded at the Church of Dragon Communion, the Cathedral of Dragon Communion and the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion for Dragon Communion incantations such as Dragonfire, Dragonclaw and Dragonmaw. Some incantations also need a specific dragon to be dead first.
How to Get Dragon Heart Guide
- Defeat Flying Dragon Agheel at Agheel Lake in Limgrave for an early heart.
- Take it to the Church of Dragon Communion in Limgrave and trade it for an incantation.
- Hunt more dragons such as Glintstone Dragon Smarag, Flying Dragon Greyll and Elder Dragon Greyoll for more hearts.
- Spend later hearts at the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid for the full list.
Dropped by dragons and wyrms such as Flying Dragon Agheel, Glintstone Dragon Adula, Elder Dragon Greyoll and Magma Wyrm Makar.
