The Great Heal is an incantation in Elden Ring, from the Two Fingers school. It is picked up mid-game, in the Altus Plateau.
Great Heal is a superior incantation of the Two Fingers' faithful, voicing their hope that the Tarnished keep fighting for their duty even when wounded or fallen. The caster kneels to heal a large amount of HP for themselves and a smaller amount for nearby allies, and holding the prayer delays activation. Its healing scales only with the Faith portion of the seal's incantation scaling, so strength or arcane scaling on seals like the Clawmark Seal does not help it. It heals much more per cast than Heal while also being more FP-efficient, and it stays the most efficient healing incantation until Erdtree Heal arrives much later. It suits faith casters and co-op supports through the middle and late game.
Effect
Heals the caster for 364% of the seal's incantation scaling and nearby allies for 207% of it. Each cast costs 45 FP and 40 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
How to Get Great Heal Guide
Great Heal joins Brother Corhyn's stock for 9,000 runes once he moves to the Altus Plateau. If Corhyn dies, the Twin Maiden Husks sell it once given Corhyn's Bell Bearing; lighting the Forge of the Giants before it appears in his stock removes it from that playthrough.
- Reach the Altus Plateau, then talk to Brother Corhyn at the Roundtable Hold and rest.
- Find Corhyn on the road north of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, beside the map monument.
- Buy Great Heal from him for 9,000 runes.
