Hornsent Grandam is a character in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
The Hornsent Grandam is an old survivor of the horned people hiding in a locked storeroom in Belurat. She mistakes the Tarnished for one of Messmer's men and refuses to talk at first. Wearing the head of the Divine Beast Dancing Lion changes her mind. She then shares an incantation and the stew of her people.
Lore
The Grandam is an aged hornsent woman who hides in a locked storeroom of Belurat.
Her people were put to the torch by Messmer the Impaler and his forces. She takes every visitor for a servant of Messmer until one comes wearing the head of the Divine Beast.

Quest
The steps below follow Hornsent Grandam's questline from start to finish.
- Find the Storeroom Key in Belurat, Tower Settlement and open her storeroom.
- Defeat the Divine Beast Dancing Lion to obtain the Divine Beast Head.
- Wear the Divine Beast Head and speak to her to receive Watchful Spirit.
- Reload the area and speak to her again to receive Scorpion Stew.
- After Messmer the Impaler falls, wear the head again and speak to her to receive Gourmet Scorpion Stew.
