Belurat, Tower Settlement is a ruined hornsent town at the foot of the tower of Enir-Ilim. It stands on the Gravesite Plain, west of Castle Ensis. Shadowy undead, horned warriors and man-flies haunt its streets. The Divine Beast Dancing Lion waits at the end of the settlement. Belurat is the first legacy dungeon of the Realm of Shadow.

Lore
Belurat was a settlement of the hornsent, built around their sacred tower. The people held a lion dance here in honor of the Divine Beast. When Messmer's army attacked the tower during the crusade, the dance was turned to war. A Sealing Tree now veils the tower and its gate in shadow.
Guide
- Climb the stairs from the Gravesite Plain to the Belurat, Tower Settlement Site of Grace.
- Speak to the Hornsent Grandam in the nearby building.
- Cross the rooftops to the Small Private Altar Site of Grace.
- Go down into the poisoned depths with the Well Depths Key, or continue along the upper path.
- Reach the Stagefront Site of Grace before the theatre.
- Enter the theatre to face the Divine Beast Dancing Lion.
