Scorpion Stew is a consumable in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Scorpion Stew is a traditional hornsent meal of scorpion in black soup. The Hornsent Grandam gives it to a visitor wearing the Divine Beast Head. Eating it boosts physical defense and slowly restores HP. It is a solid healing buff for a long fight.
Effect
For 60 seconds it raises physical damage negation by 10% and heals 8 HP each second, 480 HP in total. Against other players the defense bonus is 8%. It counts partly as a body buff and partly as a health regeneration buff.
"Scorpion simmered in a black soup. Traditional meal of the hornsent. Boosts physical damage negation temporarily and gradually restores HP. Once made with love by a certain elderly woman for the family table. Having long gone cold, this soup gives off a rank, sour smell."
