Malenia's Great Rune is a Great Rune in Elden Ring. It is a late-game find.
Malenia's Great Rune is a shard of the Elden Ring held by Malenia, Blade of Miquella. It drops when Malenia, Blade of Miquella falls at Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. The rune is dormant at first and must be restored at the Isolated Divine Tower. Its rune is half rotted.
Use
Once restored and equipped, a Rune Arc turns on its blessing: attacks made just after taking damage win back part of the lost HP, but the Flask of Crimson Tears heals less. The blessing lasts until death or until another Great Rune is equipped.
"The Great Rune of the shardbearer Malenia, devoid of any benediction. Seek the Isolated Divine Tower, which stands beyond the lost great bridge."
