Oridys's Rise is a sorcerer's tower on a plateau in the eastern Weeping Peninsula. Its door is sealed, and a statue by the entrance holds a note that reads "Seek three wise beasts". Three spectral turtles nearby must be found and struck to open it. A Memory Stone waits at the top.
