The Ash of War: Mighty Shot is an Ash of War in Elden Ring that grants the Standard affinity and the Mighty Shot skill. It is found early on, in the Weeping Peninsula.
Mighty Shot turns the wielder into an oblique archery stance, then pulls the bowstring to its limit for a single powerful shot. The arrow hits much harder, flies farther and applies more status build-up than a normal shot, and it partly ignores a raised guard. It saves arrows, especially rare status arrows, at the cost of FP. It suits archers who want heavy single shots for openers and headshots.

It grants the Standard affinity. The skill costs no FP. It fits Light Bow and Bow.

Ash of War: Mighty Shot drops from a Teardrop Scarab on the main road into the Weeping Peninsula, at the crossroads northwest of the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace.

Skill
Open fights with it on bosses and tough enemies, ideally aimed at the head for extra damage. The long draw makes it easy to start manual aiming, which pairs well with the Sharpshot Talisman. Enemies that dodge ranged attacks will sidestep most shots once they spot the stance.
