Constantio
Constantio is the Artificer of the Ancients in Enshrouded. He designed and looked after the Ancient constructs, the machines that still guard and work the sky islands of Cinder's Cradle. His reports and notes are spread across those islands, and his building hammer is the Constantio's Constructeer, V1.0.
Lore
Constantio saw his constructs as simple machines, each built for a single job. His list of models sorts them into workers, security units and fighters, and it records which ones he approved. The note lies in the Engine Chambers.
He approved the Ancient B.L.D.R. Construct, a third-generation worker, for mass production. He refused to do the same for the boss Ancient S.P.D.R. Construct. Once an alarm went off, it caused far too much destruction. At the Worker's Ward he reported that Archaic Cores let the new mining drones recharge.
Constantio reached the Construct Ruin after the land had risen into the sky. His next stop was the construct hub at Manathor's Plaza. In the Gardens Of Earthly Delights he noted that the plants were better kept than his construct terminal.
As the Shroud closed in, the Mother Flame called every Ancient home to the Ancient Citadel. Constantio left his work behind. He hid the parts of his construct suit for whoever came after him. His last note lies in the Proto Vessel Bay. He had loved greeting each young Ancient there, and a new one was due at the solstice. The final piece of the suit waits behind a loose stone in a nook.
