Eternally Piercing is a quest from the Bard, who was once shot by a seemingly enchanted arrow. The arrows lie near the Hermit Camp in the Blackmire. Finding them rewards the Eternal Frost Arrow I, an arrow that never runs out.
Walkthrough
The quest step by step:
- Finish Daggers For The Bard, then speak to the Bard.
- Travel to the Hermit Camp.
- Search the area for the magical arrows and pick them up.
Do not read the lore note or pick up the arrow there before taking this quest. The note belongs to a hidden recipe quest, and reading it first breaks this one.

Prerequisites
This quest opens after Daggers For The Bard. In that quest, the Bard Valory asks for the daggers she lost while fighting beasts in the tar pits of the Blackmire. The search leads into the lower levels of the Snapjaw Tar Pits, where the creatures live. The daggers are the Valor Heart Daggers. Afterwards, Valory shares another story, about being shot by a seemingly enchanted arrow.
