The Hermit Camp is an abandoned camp in the Blackmire of Revelwood. A hermit lived here to watch the Sunken Ancient City and study a star message left by the Ancients. The hermit could never read it. Before leaving, the hermit left a set of magic arrows for anyone who followed the call. The Bard's quest Eternally Piercing leads here to find them.
Where to Find Hermit Camp - Map Location
The camp lies in the Blackmire, south-east of the Sunken Ancient City. A Hidden Temple stands just to the east. The Drak'Dal Temple is to the north-east and the Ancient Passage to the south-east.

Quests
The Bard gives Eternally Piercing after Daggers For The Bard. She tells of being shot by a seemingly enchanted arrow. The quest sends players to the camp to find the arrows. They are the Eternal Frost Arrow I, ice cold to the touch and touched by eternity. Leave the note and the arrows alone until the quest is active. Reading the note early starts a different quest and breaks this one.

Lore Pages
"The Message Above" lies right next to the arrows. The hermit writes that the Ancients left a message whose call draws in those who are worthy and just. To the hermit, it is only a blur. An agonising whistle once disturbed the research, but it did not come from a Scavenger. The note ends by offering the arrows to all who followed the call. It is also the first page of the Hidden Crafting Recipes set for the Blackmire.
