The Flame Shrine of Manathor is a forgotten Flame Shrine hidden in the mountains of the southern Kindlewastes. It was once a popular shrine, full of sacred scrolls, books and offerings. A member of the Conway family heard of it in bedtime stories and set out to find it. The shrine bears the last words of Manathor, the eldest, whose name is signed on the Ancient Obelisks. In them, Manathor admits that these discoveries changed the core of the world and tore the valleys and the youngest apart.

"As We All Forget" is carved on the stone tablet of the shrine. Manathor remembers young years of wonder in the depths, and the regret that came later. The tablet tells that every failure was recorded on the obelisks, with Manathor's name signed on the last one, out of fear of being forgotten.
