Ignite The Coldest Elixir Well is the big fight of the Albaneve Summits. Soldiers of the North built Elixir Wells even in the frozen barrens and poisoned the snow and its ancient dwellers. The main well hides an "evil eye": a Fell Cyclops, a boss. Its head is the trophy for the next Flame level.
Walkthrough
The quest step by step:
- Finish A Spinning Machine For The Hunter and Cooking Warm Food.
- Travel to the main Elixir Well of the Albaneve Summits, marked on the map.
- Descend into the well and defeat the Fell Cyclops boss inside.
- Take the Fell Cyclops Head.
- Use it to strengthen the Flame at the Flame Altar.
The cold drains the frost timer quickly up in the mountains. Warm clothing and warming food help on the way to the well.
Prerequisites
Two quests come first. A Spinning Machine For The Hunter starts once Raw Wool is found. The Hunter needs a Spinning Machine to refine that wool, then uses the refined wool to make Warm Padding Kits for warmer armour. Cooking Warm Food comes from the Farmer after Gathering Wool In The Albaneve Summits. She wants to cook meals that keep the body warm in the snow, such as pumpkin soup or beef stew. With warm gear and warm food ready, the Flame sends the player to the coldest Elixir Well to face the "Evil Eye" inside.
