Increasing Your Follower Amount And Flame Level explains how villagers make the Flame stronger. The Flame grows from people's faith, knowledge and hope. Stray souls of villagers wait across the land, and once housed and fed they become happy followers. Enough happy villagers allow the next Flame level.
Walkthrough
The quest step by step:
- Finish Growing Stronger Together and Carpentry Assistance.
- Find the stray souls of villagers in the world and rescue them.
- Give each villager a sheltered bed and food.
- Once enough villagers are happy, strengthen the Flame at the Flame Altar.
Prerequisites
Two quests open this one. Growing Stronger Together comes from the Hunter, who remembers another Ancient Vault with a sleeping survivor inside. Rescuing that survivor brings the Farmer to the base for food and crops. Carpentry Assistance comes from the Alchemist. It leads to the Ancient Vault of the Carpenter, who helps with building and storage. With more people at the base, the Flame asks for happy villagers and a stronger Flame. Each Flame level needs a certain number of rescued survivors, which is why this quest comes after the rescues.
