A straight cornice cannot turn ninety degrees, and turning it is the whole job of the Black marble cornice, corner. This mitred block costs six Black Marble and carries the flared band round the outside corner of a building. It sits beside the straight version in the Supports section.
How to Build It
It takes six Black Marble, one brick more than the straight block, and a Stonecutter close enough to work. It is cut for an outside corner and has to meet the straight cornice at exactly the same height, so set the corners down first and fill the runs between them afterwards.
