The Eyeless One lives in the Winding Tunnels below the Deep North. It has 1,400 health, and its claws drop as the Long Claws that go into the Neckstabber and the Nord Knucklechains.
Behaviour
An Eyeless One wakes up with an animation when a player comes within ten metres of its spawn point. Whenever its sand cloud is ready, it uses that first: six projectiles of 60 blunt each, thrown at anything within fifteen metres, every ten seconds. Up close it has two claw attacks, each on its own two-second cooldown. Each hit deals 80 blunt, 40 slash and 100 poison in a two-metre, 90-degree arc.
At one star it has 2,800 health, claws for 120 blunt, 60 slash and 150 poison, and throws stones for 90 blunt. At two stars it has 4,200 health, claws for 160 blunt, 80 slash and 200 poison, and its stones hit for 120 blunt.
Where to Find It
It spawns only in the Winding Tunnels, the dungeon you enter through the great hall of an Abandoned Village. A tunnel network has 32 to 48 rooms, many of them closed off by walls of roots with 150 health. The tunnels are always dark, though neither cold nor freezing. Each Eyeless One comes from a spawn point that spawns it only once. A world holds up to 40 great halls, at least 256 metres apart.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Frost only does half damage to it and spirit does nothing, while blunt, slash, pierce, fire and lightning all land in full. Its sand cloud has a ten-second cooldown and a fifteen-metre reach.

Level Variants
Each creature can spawn at one of three levels, shown as stars next to its name. The level is rolled separately every time one spawns, so a two-star is rarer than a one-star.
| Level | Stars | Image | Health | Damage | Drops |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | - | 1400 | 100% | x1 | |
| 2 | ⭐ | 2800 | 150% | x2 | |
| 3 | ⭐⭐ | 4200 | 200% | x4 |
Notes
- It drops one Long Claw, two at one star and four at two stars. It also drops the Intricate Key Mould one time in two, and its trophy one time in ten.
- The Neckstabber takes five Long Claws and the Nord Knucklechains cast takes two, seven in all. That means seven plain Eyeless Ones, or just two if both have two stars.
